Colorful. It's of this very soft elastic material. I prefered if item was of hard plastic. I purchased 5 packs. Each pack had only 4 fingers. Although in the photo it shows all 5 fingers! It only fits adult finger. it's big very big for children finger. As cilicone is soft, children can easily rip off the puppet arms and tear it. so it isn't long lasting.
